Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AR/VR, neural interfaces)
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology assessments for strategic positioning
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to MVP launch
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable future-tech impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills for complex technical concepts
