Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Manage innovation pipelines and prioritize high-impact projects
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
