- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging domains (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, decentralized systems)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technological investments with corporate strategy
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and global tech accelerators
- Present foresight analyses to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record scaling technologies from R&D to commercial deployment
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML implementation and quantum computing principles
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
