Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies
- Experience securing federal innovation grants
- Deep understanding of Web3 and metaverse ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Futures Forecasting
- Fluency in Python and quantum programming languages
