Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Create executive briefings on technology disruption risks and opportunities
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track ROI of emerging tech initiatives
- Present technology strategies to stakeholders and drive organizational adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of implementing breakthrough technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, technology roadmapping)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech trends into actionable strategies
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing C-suite and technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation projects
