Responsibilities
- Architect and implement forward-thinking technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains including AI ethics, quantum applications, and Web3 infrastructure
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological innovations with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3-5 concurrent future-tech projects
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy discussions shaping 2026 digital standards
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies or R&D management
- Proven track record delivering scalable solutions in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains (2018-2023)
- Experience managing geographically distributed innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C++) and ML frameworks
