- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget across experimental projects
- Represent company at global tech summits and patent filings
- Mentor 5+ engineers in emerging technologies
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainability benchmarks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ in strategic leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, green tech
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Experience managing global R&D teams and budgets
- Strong patent portfolio (10+ granted patents)
