Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions integrating AI, quantum computing, and biometric systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams developing 2026-era technology prototypes
- Conduct future technology impact assessments for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop patentable innovations in human-computer interaction and autonomous systems
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech methodologies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 5-year tech horizon research
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in deploying production-level AI/ML systems
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic engineering
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future technologies
- Experience leading $5M+ R&D initiatives
- Strong understanding of ethical AI and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and distributed computing
