Responsibilities
- Architect integrated systems combining quantum computing, AI, and biotech for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers across 3 continents
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through compelling technical roadmaps
- Partner with regulatory bodies to shape future technology policies
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and patent generation
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 scalable tech platforms
- Expertise in federated learning and decentralized systems architecture
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government-level clearance
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
