- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and cross-functional teams to drive buy-in and alignment.
- Market Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends, including quantum computing and generative AI evolution, to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
- R&D Oversight: Oversee proof-of-concept projects and pilot programs for disruptive technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating business goals into technical roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
