Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 transition, focusing on AI, automation, and quantum readiness.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, creating pilots and prototypes for internal adoption.
- Leadership & Vision: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to drive innovation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for long-term projects.
- Risk Management: Assess the risks associated with adopting future-tech solutions and develop mitigation strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends to keep Apex Innovations ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, or product management within a high-growth environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future computing paradigms.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse teams in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear strategies.
