Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap in alignment with company vision and long-term goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, Edge Computing) and assess their commercial viability.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for innovative projects.
- Identify white-space opportunities for product differentiation in the evolving market landscape.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering teams on long-term technical goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and patent filings to anticipate market shifts.
- Present strategic insights to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Strategic Planning or Product Management within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of defining long-term strategic roadmaps (3-5 year horizon).
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and next-gen computing architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA, MSc in Tech Strategy) is a strong plus.
- Experience in a high-growth, startup environment is highly preferred.
