Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Lead the conceptualization and development of the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging trends.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in AI, Quantum Computing, and Extended Reality (XR) to validate future product feasibility.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for C-suite executives and board members.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to anticipate industry shifts and regulatory changes that could impact our business model.
- Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions or partnerships with innovative startups leading the charge in future tech.
- Innovation Labs: Manage internal innovation sprints and hackathons to foster a culture of forward-thinking and experimentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud Native) and their potential business applications.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define long-term strategies that align with business goals and market opportunities.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and pivot strategies in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
