- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal change management
- Develop frameworks for ethical tech implementation and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrable impact on innovation cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/blockchain)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional R&D initiatives from concept to deployment
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
