Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES 2026)
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/unicom experience
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies ($100M+ revenue impact)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Harvard Business Review
- Experience scaling agile methodologies across 50+ person teams
