Responsibilities
- Define Strategic Roadmaps: Lead the development of long-term technology strategies for the 2026 vision, identifying emerging trends in AI, automation, and decentralized systems.
- Technology Assessment: Conduct rigorous research and analysis to evaluate new technologies, assessing their viability, scalability, and impact on our business goals.
- Executive Leadership: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and stakeholders, translating technical jargon into compelling business narratives.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, mentoring junior strategists and technical leads on emerging methodologies.
- Partnership & Integration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate futuristic technologies into our current development lifecycle.
- Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Blockchain fundamentals.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivot strategies based on market changes.
