Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies for 2026, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, AR/VR ecosystems)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through competitive analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members, securing buy-in and resource allocation
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation through internal hackathons and industry symposiums
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate theoretical concepts into scalable commercial applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years experience in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, blockchain, and next-gen networking protocols
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent innovation management credential
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research or patents in at least one emerging technology domain
