Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, biotech, and quantum solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation partnerships with global tech leaders and academic institutions
- Monitor emerging tech risks and ethical implications in deployment strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or VC-backed startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
