Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligning with ESG goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure systems and carbon-negative tech solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, ambient IoT, synthetic biology)
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Author 'Tech Impact 2026' industry whitepapers published in partnership with MIT
- Mentor emerging engineers in ethical tech development frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven track record in scaling disruptive innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or ambient AI
- Published thought leadership in Nature/IEEE journals or equivalent
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java) and data visualization tools
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Professional certification in Sustainable Technology Innovation (Green Belt or higher)
