Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation digital solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption impact
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into commercial roadmaps
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on future trends
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology transformation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, IoT, AR/VR, or quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS ML, Blockchain Council) strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic initiatives
- Experience with scenario planning tools and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio of successfully launched innovative products or services with measurable impact
