Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030) aligned with market trends and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with transformative potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech initiatives into corporate strategy
- Present compelling tech-vision narratives to stakeholders and investment partners
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Build and mentor a high-impact team of futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or scale-ups
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Track record of securing $10M+ budgets for innovation projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism (strongly preferred)
