Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform 2026 strategic roadmap
- Develop implementation frameworks for futuristic concepts with measurable ROI
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing next-generation solutions
- Create predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate innovation cycles
- Monitor competitor landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
