- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-focused initiatives across R&D, product development, and market expansion
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and competitive disruption scenarios
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech scouting, and emerging technology incubation programs
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing) and market adoption trends
- Strategic MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic plans
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech frameworks preferred
