Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and oversee the development of high-level system architecture for our Project 2026 platform, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Innovation Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to guide the technical roadmap toward 2026 standards.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Drive the optimization of algorithms and systems to handle massive data throughput with zero latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical realities.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role.
- Core Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and make strategic technical decisions under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to stay current with rapid technological advancements and industry trends.
