Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals, specifically focusing on the innovations expected to define 2026.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to identify viable opportunities for implementation.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the exploration and validation of future tech prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term vision.
- Risk Management: Assess the risks and rewards of new technologies to ensure secure and sustainable growth.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully defining long-term technology roadmaps and driving organizational change.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and future technology trends, particularly relevant to the 2026 landscape (e.g., Generative AI, Automation).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
