Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable software systems designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
- Define technical strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with product and engineering leadership.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) into existing product ecosystems.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices and cloud-native solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proven expertise in designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Deep understanding of modern programming languages (Java, Python, Go) and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
