Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological trends (e.g., AI convergence, quantum computing, sustainable energy tech) and integrate them into our long-term vision.
- Strategic Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies, conducting feasibility studies and POCs to determine their viability for enterprise integration.
- Architecture & Scalability: Design robust architectural frameworks that can withstand the demands of future growth, ensuring system resilience and scalability.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major initiatives and aligning tech goals with business objectives.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and forward-thinking problem solving.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, technical leadership, or strategic product management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and API design.
- Futuristic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and successfully implementing forward-looking technology strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for diverse audiences.
