Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Infrastructure: Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning models and cloud architectures designed to meet the demands of the Year 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Edge AI, and neural interface protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and designers to translate the 2026 roadmap into actionable technical specifications.
- Model Optimization: Optimize deep learning pipelines to ensure high performance, low latency, and energy efficiency in production environments.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML engineering or Machine Learning Operations (MLOps).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of system design patterns, distributed systems, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about future tech trends and apply them to current business problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
