Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, aligning technical capabilities with business goals for the upcoming years.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to drive innovation across all departments.
- Architecture & Infrastructure: Oversee the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance technical architectures.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for new initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and executing them successfully.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and modern web architectures.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
