Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on scalable AI and adaptive cloud infrastructure.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of complex, distributed systems that integrate next-gen neural networks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects to evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical realities.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch; experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Savvy: Demonstrated interest and experience with Generative AI, Quantum Computing concepts, or Edge Computing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams through large-scale digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
