Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Identify market disruption opportunities through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Present findings to industry stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in strategic leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Prior work with Fortune 500 tech transformation projects
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation journals
