Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute the technical roadmap for the '2026 Initiative,' aligning with long-term business goals and emerging technology trends.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Advanced Robotics) to determine their viability for 2026 deployment.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, and strategists to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious projects.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and bottlenecks in the 2026 roadmap, implementing mitigation strategies early in the development cycle.
- Proof of Concepts (PoC): Spearhead the creation of high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate the value of new technologies before full-scale rollout.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends to drive business growth.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse technical teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative and scalable solutions.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
