Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable architectures for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 latency standards.
- Autonomous System Integration: Lead the development of autonomous agent frameworks that can execute complex workflows with minimal human intervention.
- Quantum-Ready Cloud Infrastructure: Collaborate with quantum computing research teams to prepare our cloud environments for future quantum supremacy.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish rigorous frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in automated decision-making systems.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement edge computing solutions to reduce latency in global deployments.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focusing on LLMs or Generative AI.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Algorithm Mastery: Deep understanding of neural networks, reinforcement learning, and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect complex, scalable solutions for high-volume data challenges.
