Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect the long-term technology vision, identifying emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and distributed systems to ensure Zenith Dynamics remains market-leading by 2026.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Oversee the Research and Development (R&D) division, driving initiatives that push the boundaries of current software capabilities and scalability.
- High-Performance Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable architecture for complex, high-volume data processing and real-time analytics platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate technical strategy into actionable development roadmaps.
- Talent & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Ph.D. is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Proficiency: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and predictive modeling technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving technical strategy and managing large-scale technical projects from conception to delivery.
