Responsibilities
- Define Roadmaps: Create and communicate long-term technical strategies to align with the 2026 vision.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead R&D projects in Generative AI and Next-Gen Hardware integration.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for future market needs.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable products.
- Future Proofing: Identify potential disruption points and pivot technical strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and apply them to business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Proven experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
