Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of complex software architectures for our 2026 Roadmap, focusing on scalability and resilience.
- Emerging Tech Research: Lead R&D efforts into emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum algorithms.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements and cost-efficiency across our cloud infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep understanding of distributed systems.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and think critically about future-proofing solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
