- Roadmap Planning: Define long-term technical roadmaps that align with business goals and emerging technology trends.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and leading large-scale engineering teams.
- Programming: Deep expertise in languages such as Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of memory management and concurrency.
- AI/ML: Proven experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing autonomous agent systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
