- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with 2030 digital sovereignty regulations

- Optimize systems for quantum computing hybrid environments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with proven experience in quantum computing integration
- Expertise in blockchain consensus algorithms and distributed ledger technologies
- Certification in Quantum Systems Architecture (QSA) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures and federated learning
- Experience designing systems compliant with IEEE 2026 ethical AI standards
