Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap, aligning with UN SDGs and emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Author visionary whitepapers and policy recommendations for stakeholder engagement
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior futurists and build the next-generation foresight framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and ethical implications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (preferred)
- Experience with policy development for emerging tech governance
