- Author forward-looking white papers positioning Horizon as thought leadership authority
- Manage portfolio of 3-5 strategic initiatives with $5M+ annual impact
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic plans for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- MBA or advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership in future-oriented publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, HBR)
