Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, identifying key emerging trends like Generative AI and Spatial Computing to ensure competitive advantage.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable enterprise architectures that support rapid innovation while maintaining security and stability.
- Drive R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects to validate new technologies, creating Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that translate into production-ready features.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to align technical capabilities with business goals and user needs.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with tech partners, ensuring we leverage the best tools for the future.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation, mentoring senior engineers and architects.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or Product Management, with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern software development methodologies.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
