Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Design and implement the core technical architecture for AI systems that are scalable, secure, and future-proof for 2026 standards.
- Prioritize Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks and best practices to ensure algorithmic fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all deployed models.
- Bridge Research & Production: Translate cutting-edge research in NLP and Computer Vision into production-ready applications that deliver measurable business impact.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing environments on AWS, GCP, or Azure, optimizing for cost and latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in advanced AI and Machine Learning architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with LangChain or LLM orchestration.
- Scalability: Proven track record of designing systems that handle massive concurrency and petabyte-scale data processing.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong proficiency in cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless) and microservices architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
