Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Technology & Workforce Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging trends, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3, to forecast their impact on our industry.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify operational bottlenecks and design future-proof solutions.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives.
- Evaluate and pilot new technologies that offer a competitive advantage for the 2026 landscape.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to board members.
- Monitor regulatory changes and market shifts to mitigate risk and ensure strategic agility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Operations Management, or Technology Consulting.
- Demonstrated experience building long-term roadmaps (5-10 year horizon) with a focus on 2026 readiness.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and digital transformation trends.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
