Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, automation, and remote collaboration.
- Analyze emerging market technologies to forecast workforce shifts and propose adaptive strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to integrate futuristic concepts into current business operations.
- Design frameworks for scalable, agile organizational structures.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
- Represent Nexus Future Labs at industry forums focused on the future of work.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or technology strategy.
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and change management programs.
- Deep understanding of the 2026 technology landscape, including Generative AI and Web3 integration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex futuristic concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the technology sector is highly desirable.
