Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service using consultative selling techniques
- Process POS transactions with 100% accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising standards and inventory management
- Train new associates on product knowledge and brand standards
- Drive sales through upselling and loyalty program enrollment
- Collaborate with store management to achieve KPIs
- Participate in seasonal store resets and promotions
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail experience with luxury or premium brands
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Expertise with POS systems (Shopify, Square, etc.)
- Strong visual merchandising and inventory management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid California driver's license (required for store deliveries)
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
