Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain high visual standards throughout the store.
- Provide expert product knowledge to help customers select the right equipment for their needs.
- Assist in inventory counts and logistics management to ensure stock levels are optimal.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Clean and sanitize the sales floor and equipment areas daily.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
