Responsibilities
- Receive and unload merchandise deliveries efficiently and accurately.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with new inventory according to company standards.
- Organize backstock areas and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) policies.
- Assist in price changes and markdowns as needed.
- Operate basic handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Physical stamina required to lift, carry, and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math skills for price checks and inventory counts.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
