Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise on shelves and display areas
- Unload delivery trucks and sort incoming inventory efficiently
- Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing sales floors
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with overnight team to prepare for daily operations
- Adhere to company stocking standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Report inventory discrepancies to department supervisor
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual arrival for 4 AM shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
