Responsibilities
- Execute morning stocking duties efficiently and accurately upon store opening.
- Organize merchandise on shelves and displays to ensure optimal product visibility.
- Receive and unpack incoming deliveries from suppliers in a timely manner.
- Perform regular price checks and inventory rotation to ensure freshness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment throughout the shift.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the morning crew to meet daily operational goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to arrive early for morning shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (no experience required for training).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule, including early mornings.
- Basic math skills for handling inventory and pricing.
- Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods on hard surfaces.
