Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify customer and transaction data into our digital systems with a high degree of precision.
- Review source documents for errors and ensure all data is complete and legible.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Identify and report discrepancies in data entry to the team lead promptly.
- Perform regular quality checks on completed entries to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Organize digital files and update existing records as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
